 F 43 & F48:
In a commercial environment, the F43 (10") and F48 (20") housings offer reliable quality where the ametek industrial grade housing specification is not required. The 3-piece design consists of a polypropylene head with 3/4" BSP brass female ports and a 1/4" threaded inlet vent port. The styrene acrylonitrile bowl is held in place by the third piece, an external threaded ring. This design eliminates the need for twisting the bowl, possibly disturbing and damaging the O-ring. F43 accepts a standard 9 3/4" and 10" cartridge with the versatility to use F43 supports and sleeves. F48 accepts a standard 20"cartridge
TWIN COMMERCIAL RANGE; 3/4" BSP PORTS
To gain maximum life and efficiency from cartridges, often pre and final or pre and carbon filtration is required. This one piece twin arrangement on the commercial range enables this economically, as installation costs are reduced with a 1-piece polypropylene head. The duplex share the same characteristics as the standard commercial range. |
