Wound Elements:
These elements are manufactured from Polypropylene in the form of a string that is wound onto a Polypropylene core. The element traps particles through its depth.
These elements are not washable and are available in10” and 20” lengths
Max. Flow rate: 10” length=16L/min. 20”=30L/min
Micron rating: 1 – 50 microns |

Spun elements:
This element is manufactured from polypropylene using blown micro fiber technology. The process does not use wetting agents, solvents or binders. The micro fibers are thermally bonded. Particles are trapped through the depth of the element. And are available in 10” and 20” lengths.
Max. Flow rate: 10” length=16 L/min. 20”= 30L/min.
Micron rating: 1 – 75 microns |

Washable Elements:
This element is washable many times and is basically a sheet of nylon wrapped on a plastic core. Particles are trapped on the outside circumference and are available in 10” lengths
Max. Flow rate: 10” length=16 L/min.
Micron rating: 50 microns |

Pleated Elements:
These are a polyester sheet wrapped and pleated (looks like an accordion) on a plastic core. They trap dirt on the outside surface, which is very large due to the pleats. They can be washed and re-used up to ten times and are available in 10” lengths.
Max. Flow rate: 10” length = 45 L/min.
Micron rating: 30 and 50 microns |
