 ST-BC RANGE:2" MALE NPT PORTS
The ST-BC range of stainless steel filter housings offers a variety of solutions for large-scale, heavy-duty filtration needs. Simple to install and maintain, these housings are ideal for schools, restaurants, farms, instituations and industrial water use.
Housings are constructed of 304 stainless steel with a grey-silver epoxy finish. Included are 1/2"drains on both the clean and dirty sides of the filtrate for quick and easy drain down with a vent port in the head. Threads are 2" male NPT .
HX MULTI-ROUND RANGE: 1 1/2"TO 4"NPT PORTS
For continuity with osmonics cartridges is the osmonics multi-round 316 stainless steel housing range. Designed with universal sealing posts for a knife-edge seal on double open-end cartridges, 222/120 O-rings and adaptors allowing unrestricted cartridge selection. The side inlet port is positioned below the cartridge support, ensuring even flow through all cartridges to maximise life, with the outlet positioned at the bottom of the housing allowing complete drain-down. Housing maintenance, cleaning and cartridge change-out are all made easy with housing body and head joining in the middle, permitting accessibility and visual positive cartridge sealing. Upgrading to increase cartridge capacity from 20"or 30" to 40" is achieved economically by replacing the head section only. All housings have 1/4" vent, 1/2" drain and an inlet and outlet 1/4" pressure gauge ports as standard with buna-n seals.
All TIG welding is done at osmonics factories for the highest quality control. Osmonics 12 - and 21 - round housings are available on request.
 E-CV MULTI -ROUND RANGE:1" TO 4" BSP PORTS
Highly polished 316 stainless steel gives the E-CV multi-round range an appearance to match the quality. With thicker-gauge walls than the commercial range, all E-CVs are ideally suited to aggressive chemical applications where reliability is of paramount importance. Installation and maintenance are made easy with adjustable legs to position vessels as desired, with bottom-flow outlet allowing for quick drain-down and maximum product recovery. Change out is aided with quick release V-band clamps with slide rods assisting in centring the double open-ended cartridges.
