 ST RANGE:3/4" BSP PORTS
The ST range of stainless steel filter housings effectively provides heavy-duty filtration for smaller filtration systems and point-of-use applications, with a maximum temperture of 149oC at 17.8 bar. ST housings are ideal for hot water and high-pressure applications not suited for plastic housings. The brushed 304 stainless steel bowls have a 1/4" vent in the bottom for draining. Heads are manufactured from nickel-plated cast brass. Cartridge replacement is made easy with the bowl to ground clearance required being just 60mm- ideal for restricted space applications.
HX SINGLE-ROUND RANGE:3/4" NPT PORTS
Osmonics single-round cartridge filter housings combine convenience with quality, to meet the challenges of harsh chemical applications. These durable 316 stainless steel housings are available with DOE knife-edge seal, typically used for the osmonics spun-bonded range and "222" filters for finer filtration, with the osmonics flotrex and memtrex cartridges where a double O-ring seal is required. The cartridge sealing mechanism utilises a drawbar and seal cup to provide a positive worry-free seal. the HX-222 model uses a special head to seal the 222 O-ring adaptor. Both of these designs allow inspection of all seals before the bowl is secured in place.
All housings have 1/4" NPT downstream vent/gauge port with a 1/4"drain port in the base, buna-n O-ring and V-band clamp for easy cartridge filter replacement, maximum durability and trouble-free operation. All TIG welding is done at osmonics factories for the highest quality control.
 E-CV SINGLE ROUND RANGE: 3/4" BSP PORTS
The single-round housings, E1CV1 and E1CV2, accept a 10" and 20" cartridge respectively. Cartridges locate over a centring rod, acting as a guide to positively position a cartridge to a knife edge sprung loaded seal, that eliminates potential bypass. This spring also allows for cartridge length variance of up to 25mm. The bowl attaches through the middle of the head, requiring just 60mm clearance to replace a cartridge. Housings have a 1/4" port in the base to allow total drain-down .
